This is unprecedented in the industry, but we believe in our products and value our customers. If you let us know within 100 days from the date of your purchase, we'll refund you. We just ask that you cover shipping on your return.

At Progression Source, our primary aim is to build a thriving community of not only happy and satisfied, but excited and loyal users of our products. As fitness professionals, we know that in order to realize this, we MUST produce superior quality products. Although we have a very stringent quality control process, we are only human. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your product(s), simply reach out to our support team and let them know! Since our products are unique and fun to use, we don't know how to communicate that better to people than to let them actually use it (without risking their dough)! SO, if you take our products for a test drive and are less than 100% thrilled, please reach out to us through on-site chat, or by emailing team@progressionsource.com within 100 days of your purchase. If we are unable to correct the problem, we'll refund your purchase. We may ask questions, but not to qualify your return- just to uncover potential fixes for future versions (that's how we keep our products progressing!). We don't care if it's been used or not- we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. 

 

Who pays shipping for returns?

This is always a touchy topic... and, we get it (trust us, everything we ship is heavy!). Shipping heavy items is not cheap! Thankfully, we are able to ship via USPS and save our customers quite a bit over standard shipping fees. However, when it comes to returns and exchanges, in order for us to offer such a solid guarantee, we have to handle shipping responsibility in the fairest manner possible. 

If you are exchanging a defective item: We will cover shipping both ways.

If your exchange or return is other than due to a defect of a product: You will be responsible for shipping charges. 

 

What if I don't have the original packaging?

It's okay, really. We don't resell merchandise that has been returned. We can't stand it when we purchase something that is packaged in it's original packaging, but has obviously been opened... and sometimes used. So, as part of our vow to have our customers 100% satisfied, we would never resell a returned item, no matter how "new" it looks. So, if you don't have the packaging, who cares? We just ask that you package it up in a way that is sensible and can remain in tact during it's journey back to us.
