How can we help?

About Our Shipping & Common Questions

How is shipping calculated?

Fortunately for our customers in the United States, we are able to ship our products via USPS. Their flat rate boxes are the perfect packaging for our product! This equates to reduced shipping fees (compared to most equipment companies) and fast transit times across the US.

How long before you receive your order?

We fill orders between 9:00am and 4:00pm PST, Monday through Friday. Fulfillment times vary depending on order volume at the time that your order is received. Typically, under normal order volume, we are able to fulfill orders by the end of the following business day. We normally see longer fulfillment times during holidays and special promotions.

From USPS:

"The USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box typically takes 1-3 business days to be delivered, but the exact time depends on the destination. This time frame does not include Sundays or certain holidays. Other factors that can affect delivery time include shipping zones, which range from local (zone 1) to far away (zone 9)."

The tracking for my order hasn't updated in a couple of days!

We have seen this happen on multiple occasions. Once you receive an email or text message letting you know that a shipping label has been created for your package, this means that your package was created and is ready to be picked up by the carrier (shipping label creation only happens when a package is in the last step of being sealed). You can always reach out to us via the chat on our website - or email us at team@progressionsource.com for an update on whether or not your package is in our possession. Once the package leaves our warehouse and is with the carrier, we have no control over the efficiency of them scanning at each location - for some reason we have experienced instances where packages are NEVER updated in their tracking and arrive at the customer's location on time. This confuses us as well, since we can't figure out how a package could travel through their system without ever being updated?!

Regardless of the outcome of your order's journey, rest assured that we will ALWAYS work with you to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition.

HELP! I only received part of my order today!!! (Why do multiple parcel orders sometimes arrive on different days?)

We haven't been able to get a clear answer on this. However, we CAN use some common sense and understand that the majority of our packages are HEAVY (after all, they're WEIGHTS!)... therefore, let's think about the journey a package takes from the time it arrives at the carrier hub. If we leave 30 heavy boxes, and those boxes pass through the sorting belt one after another, it's understandable that the sorters may not successfully clear the packages all at once. This will sometimes cause a part of a shipment of multiple boxes to be delayed from the others - simply because they get split up. This is our theory, anyway, on why this happens frequently... by the way - if you work for USPS and are ordering the XP.Bell, maybe you can pitch a strength program to them so that our packages will get routed more effectively!!!
